cdc has advice on gentrification?

I would think that a different federal agency would have this information available, but it is the CDC that posts an outline of avenues to minimize externalities of gentrification. http://www.cdc.gov/healthyplaces/healthtopics/gentrification.htm

More appropriately, the Urban Institute hasĀ case studies on how to mitigate the externalities of gentrification (warning: 100 page PDF… I have not read the entire document). http://www.cdc.gov/healthyplaces/healthtopics/gentrification.htm

One response to “cdc has advice on gentrification?

  1. Why is that when white people get involved in a neighborhood it is call gentrification, and when black people get involved it’s call “community involvement.”
