cdc has advice on gentrification?

I would think that a different federal agency would have this information available, but it is the CDC that posts an outline of avenues to minimize externalities of gentrification.

More appropriately, the Urban Institute has case studies on how to mitigate the externalities of gentrification (warning: 100 page PDF… I have not read the entire document).

One response to “cdc has advice on gentrification?

  1. Why is that when white people get involved in a neighborhood it is call gentrification, and when black people get involved it’s call “community involvement.”
